- Provide constructability and brownfield input during pre-FEED and site visits; contribute to early project planning, cost, and schedule development
- Review contractor SHE plans, lead safety walks, monitor safety performance, and support incident investigations
- Participate in constructability reviews and site verifications; identify key execution risks and mitigation measures
- Ensure quality compliance through QA/QC oversight, shop inspections, and Factory Acceptance Tests
- Support project reviews, lessons learned, and manage interface agreements and eMOCs
- Verify mechanical completion and readiness for commissioning, start-up, and handover
- Assess contractor performance, construction techniques, and ensure SIMOPS and safety compliance during shutdown and non-shutdown activities
- Develop and manage equipment/tool requirements and accommodation logistics
- Review and validate project schedules; identify critical paths and propose mitigation strategies
- Support ITT preparation, vendor selection, and ensure technical, safety, and operational compliance
Requirements/Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or Science with specialization in the relevant discipline
- At least 8 years of Oil & Gas industry experience in the area of specialization
- Proficient in engineering software and digital tools
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
