Position: Rigging Inspector
Position Info:
Work Location: Base Office (30 km away from the city centre)
Position Schedule: ASAP, 1 year (renewable)
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Higher education
Work Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar position within Oil and gas industry
Knowledge of Languages: English (intermediate), Azerbaijani (fluent)
Other Skills/Certificates Required:
Capability to plan, execute, report inspection and test according to Quality Control Plan.
Capability to document Quality activities through regular reports and to update the Quality Database with the relevant information.
Responsibilities:
Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site collecting the relevant records.
Ensure that management of inspections, material certifications and quality records relevant to project materials during construction and erection works, are executed in accordance with the relevant Codes and Standards, and Subsidiaries procedures, Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans.
In accordance with the Quality Control Plan, execute the specific inspections on material, equipment and construction/installation activities on site, following relevant specified procedures, issuing the relevant Quality Records.
Verify that the supply is in compliance with the Purchase Order and Project Specifications (visual and dimensional control);
Check that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, preserved and handled.
Check that materials are correctly identified and traceable.
Carry out the visual checks on the materials delivered to the operating site, verifying the integrity of the supply and the correct marking of the items.
Orderly collect and manage/check documents certifying test, controls and inspection documents, ensuring that all material and testing related records are properly retrievable within the final As-Built dossier.
Issue the relevant Inspection Material Reports and/or Receiving Inspection Reports, Non-Conformity Reports.
Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the workplace, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior within his/her technical capabilities.
