Responsibilities
- Execute the Project Quality Plan and monitor the Contractor’s Quality Management System to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Administer the Procurement Quality Surveillance Program to verify that materials and equipment meet specified standards
- Oversee the Fabrication Quality Surveillance Program to ensure all fabrication activities adhere to project specifications
- Manage Deficiency and Non-Conformance Reporting processes, ensuring issues are properly documented, investigated, and resolved in alignment with quality standards
- Maintain Quality Reporting systems to track performance, communicate quality concerns, risks, and trends to internal stakeholders
- Participate in the Project Quality Audit Program to ensure alignment with established procedures and plans
- Support additional quality-related initiatives and tasks as assigned by the Quality Management team
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering
- Additional qualifications related to Quality, Welding, or NDE Inspection
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality within the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, acting roles, or overseeing service/vendor personnel
- Background in working with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, or service providers
- Exposure to large-scale operational environments across functions such as Operations, Projects, or Subsurface
- Familiarity with relevant Quality Systems, specifications, and tools
- Strong understanding of industry standards
