Description
The objective is to provide a healthy and safe working environment, promote sound
work practices, and support a healthy lifestyle for everyone involved in offshore
operations. Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) is a key support function
engaged across all projects, vessels, and onshore locations.
As a Project QHSE Engineer, you will be part of the offshore project team on site,
responsible for maintaining and controlling QHSE practices, as well as inspecting
activities and equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with established
procedures.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain project QHSE reports, KPIs, and communication with
project management and vessel teams
• Participate in meetings and toolbox talks onboard and on site
• Investigate incidents and non-conformities and support corrective actions
• Engage supervisors and the workforce to actively participate in HSE initiatives
and campaigns
• Perform HSE inspections on the work floor and ensure proper reporting,
communication, and follow-up of findings
• Manage SHOC cards onboard and on site

Technical Profile Requirements
• Provide QHSE support to the project team on all related matters
• Ensure personnel are working with the latest approved versions of PQMP,
PHSEMP, ITPs, MSTs, risk assessments, and related documentation
Non-Technical Profile Requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge and practical experience with MS Office
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an
advantage

Methodology / Certification Requirements
• MSc or BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical
Engineering, or equivalent through experience
OR
• MSc degree in Safety Engineering or Prevention Advisor Level 1
